Just back from their hugely successful South American tour, Latin-Classical trio Classico Latino are gearing up to take the stage at this year’s Wilderness Festival on Sunday12thAugust at 3:30pm. The festival, which was conceived by the founders of The Secret Garden Party, takes place in Cornbury Park, an 800-hundred year old deer park encircled by a ribbon of ornamental lakes, with the immediate festival site surrounded by 1,700 acres of Britain’s most ancient forest.
Classico Latino will be performing on the Bandstand; a performance venue which promises to ‘bring an air of refinement’ to the weekend’s events. Chart topping Rodrigo y Gabriela, rising Brit star Liane La Havas and critically acclaimed soprano Anna Patalong will also be performing at the festival. With a weekend packed full of live music, theatre, poetry and even yoga, this is a truly wonderful opportunity to see the fabulously fiery Classico Latino back on home ground.
