In today’s news the Telegraph and the Independent discuss the William Tell outrage at the Royal Opera House and the Guardian announce that the choral music of the Caius Choirbook is to be performed in the royal chapel at Westminster. Ivor Bolto has been named musical director of the Basel Symphonic Orchestra, as well as an interview with pianist Gabriela Montero. Also, the Potsdamer Musikfestpiele attracted 14,500 guests and four new cultural institutions are added to the German red list of cultural endangered institutions.
