Music@Malling’s Thomas Kemp looks ahead to the 2016 West Malling classical music festival
Back in 2010 the small market town was best known for its pubs, history and community feel, but that was before Thomas moved back to West Malling – and realised classical music was sadly lacking there. So in the last five years Thomas Kemp has helped put West Malling on the musical map as part of a mission to bring top-flight music to the area.

St John’s orchestra to bring Marvellous Mozart to life in classical show
LOVERS of classical music are in for a treat at St John’s Church next month, when The Orchestra of St John will be performing its ‘Marvellous Mozart’ programme. The Bromsgrove-based symphony orchestra will be performing songs such as The Linz and Mozart’s ‘Turkish’ violin concerto at at 7.30pm on October 1.
