Formed over ten years ago at Cambridge University, Classico Latino is a classically trained piano trio with a passion for latin music. The group explores the wonderful repertoire of both traditional Latin-American music and original compositions in a unique format that demonstrates the universal and cross-cultural nature of music. 2012 included a South American tour and the release of their third album, Latin American Classics by Classico Latino and Friends. The album was recorded at the world-famous Abbey Road Studios with special guests, incuding members of the choir of St Johns College, Cambridge and Colombian singer superstar, Andres Cepeda.
