WildKat PR is recruiting a London-based Global Head of Digital Marketing

WildKat is seeking an experienced full-time Global Head of Digital Marketing to join our London office and lead transformative digital strategies across the classical music and cultural sectors. You will work closely with our international team, including the Founding Director, Digital Marketing specialists and PR managers, to design and execute innovative, multi-platform campaigns that elevate client visibility, engagement, and global impact. This role requires strategic vision, creative leadership, and a deep understanding of digital trends in the arts and cultural landscape.

The Role


As our Global Head of Digital, you are the architect of our digital ecosystem. You will lead an international team of experts, consult with high-profile clients, and ensure our agency stays at the forefront of digital trends. You’ll need to be a bit of an all-rounder: someone who is comfortable creating a strategy or leading a pitch one day and helping a colleague or fixing a workflow the next. Key Responsibilities

  • To lead, mentor, and grow our global digital team currently of 5-6 people (UK / US / GER / FR). You foster a culture of excellence, curiosity, and continuous learning. 
  • To be the senior strategic partner for our key clients, advising them on how to integrate Organic Social, Paid Media and Web into their broader communication goals.
  • You will play a pivotal role in the growth of the agency, leading the digital portion of new business pitches and developing compelling, data-driven proposals.
  • You do not just manage the status quo; you proactively develop and expand our service offering (e.g. exploring new platforms, AI integration or advanced analytics).
  • Oversee the full digital spectrum of:
    • Organic social media: High-end storytelling and community management.
    • Paid Campaigns: Strategic ad management (Meta, Google, etc.).
    • Web & Content: Oversight of website creation, maintenance and newsletter strategies. 
  • You are responsible for the digital presence of our agency. 

What we’re looking for

  • You have at least 5+ years of experience in a digital role within an agency environment or a large organisation with multiple departments, with at least 2+ years of proven experience in a senior leadership position
  • Experience in the arts, entertainment or media sector
  • You understand how PR and digital work together and you know how to turn complex artist or brand stories into compelling digital campaigns
  • You have successfully managed remote or international teams and inspire them to deliver their best work
  • You are confident with Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, CMS platforms (WordPress/Squarespace) and email marketing tools. Additional experience with Premiere Pro or Google Tag Manager would be an advantage
  • You can present ideas clearly, translating technical concepts into language clients can easily grasp
  • You have a high level of technical literacy
  • Fluent in English (German or French is a plus).
  • You are happy to be present at concerts, events, and client activations when needed, bringing campaigns to life in person
  • A knowledge of classical music and contemporary music is a plus

Salary

We are offering a salary range of £60,000- £85,000 per annum, subject to your experience. The start date will be agreed with the successful applicant, but we are looking for someone to begin as soon as possible.

Location 

Enjoy a flexible hybrid working model – spend 2–3 days per week in our Central London office and the rest working from home.
