GuitaristAlan Gogoll is an Australian acoustic guitarist and composer internationally renowned for inventing the “Bell Harmonics” technique, a unique two-handed approach to playing guitar that produces a captivating, chime-like sound.
Born in Tasmania, Gogoll has garnered millions of followers and hundreds of millions of video views across social media platforms for his intricate and uplifting original compositions. His work has earned him an international fanbase and prestigious accolades, including being named “Acoustic Guitarist of the Year” by Guitar World and Guitar Player magazines in 2020.
He is also known for his “Stringscapes” video series, where a camera inside the guitar captures the strings vibrating against picturesque landscapes, a concept that has further fascinated his global audience. His most notable pieces featuring his signature technique include “Mulberry Mouse,” “Bell’s Harmonic,” and “Through the Leaves”.
