Founded in Luxembourg in 1999, United Instruments of Lucilin is a contemporary music ensemble driven by curiosity and experimentation. Working closely with composers and artists, the ensemble explores new ways of creating, presenting and sharing contemporary music, while continually rethinking the concert format and the listening experience.

For the 2026/27 season, Lucilin will launch its own record label, Lucilin Records, creating a dedicated platform to showcase composers and artists with whom the ensemble collaborates. With three releases planned per season, WildKat will support the label’s PR activities across Germany, France and the UK.

The label’s first release will feature Franco-Japanese composer Florent C. Darras, a long-standing and particularly valued collaborator of the ensemble. The project reflects Lucilin’s ongoing commitment to reinventing concert formats and listening experiences, creating new encounters between works, artists and audiences.

This first album will invite listeners into a musical world attentive to the phenomena of our time and to the transformations of sound itself — offering a fresh perspective on contemporary creation and the ways in which music can be experienced.
