The European Foundation for Support of Culture (EUFSC) is a non-profit organisation founded in Malta in 2012 with the aim of promoting cultural and educational projects all over Europe. EUFSC specifically focuses on supporting young talented musician from across Europe to gain access to musical and cultural heritage. The foundation is interested in various types of arts and helps to facilitate access to a wide range of cultural initiatives.

EUFSC supports the upcoming European tour of the Armenian State Symphony Orchestra (ASSO) in 2020, which was founded in 2005 by the conductor Sergey Smbatyan. The award-winning violinist Maxim Vengerov will accompany the ASSO on the tour. Together, they will perform concerts across Europe, in prestigious venues in Germany, Austria and England.
