Theodosia Ntokou is a classical Greek pianist. With a number of high-profile concerts coming up in Italy and Germany with a short-lead time and no previews published, Theodosia wanted a short, effective campaign to secure print media coverage and introductions to management agencies.

Due to the short-term nature of the campaign, we implemented a strategy that focused on the most high-profile concerts on Theodosia’s schedule. This included invites to an Italian Piano Festival and a concert in the Mendelssohn Saal of Leipzig Gewandhaus, plus interviews and features in the media. We introduced Theodosia to more than 30 Management agencies throughout Germany, Austria, the UK, Italy and Belgium.

Results:

• Invited and secured attendance from 3 management agencies for the Italian concerts
• Generated interest by two agencies for her future projects
• Secured local press coverage for the Leipzig concert, announcements before as well as reviews of the concert, reaching more than 20.000 people in the area
