Italian pianist Vanessa Benelli Mosell gave her debut performance at only 11 years old and has since been recognized as one of the most promising and talented young musicians. Vanessa studied at the International Piano Academy in Imola, the Moscow Tchaikovsky Conservatory and the Royal College Music and performed with prestigious orchestras such as the Münchner Symphoniker, Berliner Symphoniker, Moscow Soloists and Zurich Chamber Orchestra. Vanessa is internationally renowned for her interpretations of Stockhausen’s Klavierstücke. Stockhausen himself was convinced that “Vanessa Benelli Mosell has the power to let people appreciate my music” and the two enjoyed a mutually inspirational artistic collaboration. Both her debut recording and ‘Liszt Recital’ album were praised by Gramophone Magazine as “impressively refined and nuanced” with “sparkling technique in demanding music”.
