Collaboration for a cause is always rewarding, and we were especially touched by the audience in Hamburg who attended the “Concert for Humanity” at Elbphilharmonie Hamburg in an astounding show of support for Ukraine.
In support of #WeAreAllUkrainians (with proceeds supporting aid project for Ukraine), the Kyiv Symphony Orchestra performed the charity concert to a sold-out Elbphilharmonie Hamburg. Over 2,000 guests attended the evening, including Peter Tschentscher, the city mayor of Hamburg, and Karin Prien, Federal Minister for Education, Families, Senior Citizens, Women and Youth.
Upwards of 80 musicians were welcomed in Hamburg, complete with hotel and transport organized by WildKat. The concert included 3 hours of music with a diverse programme, 5 highly-regarded soloists, and fantastic moderation from journalist Helge Fuhst.
The dedication of all parties was instrumental to the project’s success, and we are proud to have been involved. A sincere thank you to all who donated, and we hope you enjoyed the night!
