Theaterfans in Erfurt müssen sich weiter gedulden: Bis einschließlich 28. Februar sollen im Theater Erfurt keine Vorstellungen und Konzerte stattfinden. Für bestimmte Produktionen gehen aber der Probenbetrieb und die Arbeit in den Werkstätten unter Hygieneauflagen weiter, wie das Theater am Mittwoch mitteilte.
Die Entscheidung dazu sei mit Blick auf die zu erwartende neue Corona-Verordnung des Landes gefallen, hieß es. Die neuen Regeln sollen noch in dieser Woche in Kraft treten und sehen eine Verlängerung der aktuellen Lockdown-Maßnahmen vor. Das öffentliche Leben soll zur Bekämpfung der Pandemie weiter heruntergefahren werden.
No performances at Erfurt Theatre until the end of February
Theatre fans in Erfurt will have to be patient: No performances and concerts are to take place at Erfurt Theatre until 28 February inclusive. For certain productions, however, rehearsals and work in the workshops will continue under hygiene regulations, as the theatre announced on Wednesday.
The decision was made in view of the expected new Corona regulations of the state, it said. The new rules are expected to come into effect this week and will see an extension of the current lockdown measures. Public life is to be further shut down to combat the pandemic.
