WildKat is seeking a full-time PR Manager to join our London office and work on campaigns within the classical music and cultural industries. You will work closely with our global team, including the Founding Director, PR Managers, and Digital Marketing specialists, to help plan and deliver creative PR strategies that generate strong media coverage and publicity for our clients.
We are looking for someone with experience in arts PR, ideally in the performing arts or classical music. You should be well organised, proactive, and enthusiastic, as well as friendly and approachable. The role suits someone who enjoys working with a close-knit international team and is comfortable managing their own projects while collaborating with colleagues across our offices.

Your key responsibilities include:
- Campaign delivery: Plan and implement PR campaigns, helping to ensure strong media visibility for our clients.
- Client management: Manage a portfolio of clients and support them in achieving their PR objectives
- Campaign innovation: Contribute ideas and help develop creative PR campaigns tailored to each client
- Digital integration: Work with our Digital Team to incorporate digital media and online platforms into PR campaigns
- Content creation: Draft a range of written materials including press releases, fact sheets, biographies, and blog posts. This includes writing and publishing blogs on the WildKat website and producing blog content around key industry events and client activity
- Media relations: Build relationships with journalists and secure media coverage for clients
- Networking: Engage with the classical music and arts sectors by attending client concerts, industry events, and award shows to build relationships, expand your network, and promote WildKat.
- Team collaboration: Work closely with colleagues across our offices in Paris, Berlin and New York and support senior team members where appropriate.
- Administrative Support: Ensure administrative tasks are up to date and well detailed. This includes reports, strategies, press lists and assisting senior team members where appropriate
- Intern and placement oversight: Support and supervise interns and industry placements by providing training in PR practices, coordinating schedules, and guiding them through campaign work.
- Team development: Mentor and guide junior team members
What we’re looking for:
- At least 2 (two) years of experience in arts PR (performing arts or classical music).
- Strong interest in classical music and the cultural sector
- Some existing relationships with arts journalists or media outlets
- Able to manage projects independently while working as part of a team
- Clear communicator with attention to detail and the ability to build strong professional relationships
- Hardworking, driven, and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in fast-paced campaign environments
- Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Salary
The role comes with a salary range of £28,000–£35,000 per year, based on experience. We are looking to welcome the successful candidate as soon as possible, with the exact start date to be agreed.
