John Luther Adams wins Pulitzer Prize for Music
Alaskan-based composer John Luther Adams has won the 2014 Pulitzer Prize in Music for his recent commission from the Seattle Symphony Orchestra.

Costs threaten Bergen orchestra
The Bergen Philharmonic Orchestra (Bergen Filharmoniske Orkester, BFO) revealed on Tuesday its pension costs are NOK 60 million (USD 10 million) higher than estimated, and it needs to dramatically reduce its activities.
