Celebrated violin teacher Dorothy DeLay’s violin is part of Tarisio’s October sale. DeLay was an iconic teacher at the famous Juilliard School in New York, and her list of pupils reads like a Who’s Who of violin playing, including Itzhak Perlman, Midori, Nigel Kennedy, Sarah Chang, Gil Shaham and Kyung-Wha Chung.
