WildKat is hiring an Office Administrator

WildKat is looking for an Office Administrator for its London office in Bloomsbury. As we expand the company through 2019 into 2020, we are now looking to recruit a new colleague to provide administrative support to the team in London.

 

This is initially a part-time role from 20-25 hours per week. It is suitable for someone looking for flexible working, as the role will require someone to work from the office regularly, but not at all times.

 

About you

 

We are looking for someone who is well-organised, hard-working and enthusiastic, as well as friendly and approachable. You have a keen eye for detail and an eagerness for planning and organisation. You should enjoy working with a close-knit team with the ability to both collaborate and work independently.

 

You’ll be a key part of our team, so you will also have a natural ability for building great relationships across the business. You’ll be the go-to person for dealing with the running of the office, so you need to be reliable and have a good memory.

 

A basic knowledge/understanding of payroll is ideal, as well as the experience of working in a busy office environment. You’ll be computer literate and be able to use Microsoft Office, such as Word and Excel. The ability to speak and write in German is beneficial, but definitely not essential.

 

You should have an interest in music but experience is not necessary.

 

Key tasks:

  • Manage smooth running of the office, including stationery and office supplies
  • Provide administrative support to the team and Founder and Directors, including diary management, travel and meeting arrangements
  • Prepare and issue client contracts, invoices and expenses
  • Prepare and submit monthly payroll data (including overtime, holiday and bonus calculations)
  • Maintain, update and create employee records and documentation, including employee contracts, holidays and absence
  • Booking and managing travel for members of the team internationally
  • Processing expenses and invoices on behalf of the team
