WildKat PR Welcomes Jean Muller

WildKat PR is delighted to welcome pianist Jean Muller to its client roster.

Jean Muller is an internationally established pianist with extraordinary artistic genuineness. Born in Luxembourg in 1979, he was only six when he took his first piano lessons with Marie- José Hengesch at the Conservatoire de Luxembourg. Jean Muller has been awarded twelve first prizes at international competitions, the most recent one in 2013 as ‘Export Artist of the Year 2013’ by Music:LX. He has also performed on several occasions during state visits of Their Royal Highnesses Grand Duke Henri and Grand Duchess Maria-Teresa of Luxembourg. In 2007 the Grand Duke of Luxembourg made him Chevalier de l’Ordre de Mérite Civil et Militaire d’Adolphe de Nassau.

Jean has given over 300 concerts in Europe, Asia and the U.S.A. at major concert halls such as the Megaron in Athens, the NCPA in Beijing, the Konzerthaus Berlin, the Alte Oper Frankfurt, the Kings Place London, the Luxembourg Philharmonie, the Carnegie Hall in New York, the Salle Cortot in Paris and the Musikverein in Vienna. He has been featured on numerous radio stations including BBC Radio 3, DeutschlandRadio Kultur, Bayern 4, France Musique, Radio Canada, Musique 3 and others.

During 2013, Jean Muller presented his new CD “Chopin Recital” during a worldwide tour. WildKat PR will be working with Jean to launch the 2014 project ‘Transcendence’ with a global tour as well as the release of a CD. He is scheduled to perform in Luxembourg, Paris, Frankfurt, Berlin, New York and completing the tour in London. 

The ‘Transcendence’-album, which includes the complete set of Liszt’s Transcendental Etudes and the Mephisto Waltz No. 1 in the dazzling version of Vladimir Horowitz, will be released in March 2014. Besides his tour he will be playing in the opening concert at Classical:NEXT in Vienna in May, as well as performing for the 6th time during an official state visit of the Grand Duke of Luxembourg, this time in Poland.
