Cassia joined WildKat in 2026 as PR Manager, bringing experience in media relations, campaign strategy and marketing and digital communications across some of the UK’s leading cultural organisations. She holds an MA in Arts Management from the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama and a BMus in Music from Cardiff University. She has worked across the classical music and performing arts sectors, delivering campaigns that combine traditional PR and media engagement with digital storytelling and audience development.
Most recently, Cassia worked at the London Symphony Orchestra, where she worked across marketing, PR and digital communications, delivering campaigns for the Orchestra’s programme of concerts and events, as well as performances at LSO St Luke’s. Her role encompassed campaign planning, social media management, digital content and audience development, with a particular focus on growing engagement with new and younger audiences, including students and under-35s. She played a key role in shaping the LSO’s digital presence, leading social media activity and creating content across its social platforms, website and YouTube, while also supporting wider promotional and PR campaigns.
Alongside her role at the LSO, Cassia was selected for the first-ever Southbank TikTok Crescendo Programme, an accelerator initiative championing emerging classical music content creators who are using digital platforms to reach new audiences. Selected for her work creating accessible classical music recommendations and content on TikTok, Cassia is part of a new generation of creators exploring innovative approaches to storytelling and audience engagement, using social media to make classical music more accessible and relevant to younger audiences.
Before joining the LSO, Cassia worked on the marketing and communications team for the BBC Proms, one of the UK’s most celebrated classical music festivals. She worked across the festival’s marketing, PR and digital activity, managing social media and creating digital content to promote performances, artists and events, while also supporting BBC Radio 3’s digital communications. Her work spanned media relations, artist communications and influencer PR, including coordinating interviews, briefings and artist features across broadcast, print, online and social media. She supported the delivery of high-profile press conferences, artist interviews and influencer activations, while contributing to wider campaign planning and post-season evaluation to assess media coverage, audience engagement and campaign impact.
Cassia brings a strong understanding of how media relations, strategic campaign planning and digital storytelling can work together to build profile, strengthen cultural brands and reach new audiences. Her experience across leading UK cultural institutions and her work as a digital creator give her a distinctive perspective on developing campaigns that resonate across both traditional media and the evolving digital landscape.
